Overview

This two- or three-day program applies both Language of BusinessSM strategies and our leaders’ executive expertise to target accounts. The case study approach gives you tools and knowledge you can use to immediately bring added value to your clients.

By developing an understanding of cash flow terms such as ROI, IRR, and NPV, you will gain more insight into how your solution will be measured by an executive.  After analyzing your account opportunity, you will apply your new knowledge and gain experience in conducting executive-level meetings and presentations.

Objectives

Prior to the workshop, participants compile information on a target account opportunity.  The workshop leader is a former corporate officer (e.g., CEO, CFO, CIO) who will help you to use this information to:

  • Identify your customer’s critical high-level business issues and broken processes
  • Link these identified business needs to your solution
  • Create a business-based value proposition
  • Articulate your solution in the “Language of Business.”
