Before forming The Language of Business™, MJ Arnold specialized in the management of multiple sales teams, leadership development, and training sales managers to achieve results.  Ms. Arnold joined Xerox Corporation as a sales rep in 1975, and progressed through sales and sales management assignments, reaching District Sales Manager in San Francisco and Oakland.  Subsequently she joined Home Federal Savings in San Diego to organize a sales force that catapulted Home Federal from no presence in Northern California to third in mortgage lending throughout the region. For the past 10 years she has been instrumental in developing the curriculum offered by The Language of Business™.
